A: Our fees are cost competitive because we are a boutique search firm with low overhead, and no need to pay franchise fees.  In addition our commitment is to continue driving our business growth with a small select client base- to become their partners.

A: We ask the right of first refusal on all supply chain job orders.  In addition we ask for exclusivity on all searches for the first 60 days.  We will be completely honest on whether we can fill the position; we will not accept a job order if we feel we cannot help you in a timely fashion.

A: Probably the most important reason is your time.  You will no longer need to field phone calls from multiple search firms.  By working with Ingenium you have one point of contact for your searches and our commitment that we will deliver.  Our goal is to become your strategic partner and an extension of your corporate talent acquisition team.

A: If we place four candidates in one calendar year with your company we will reduce the fee on invoice of additional candidates placed by 10%

A: Yes. Because our goal is to maintain long term commitments with our clients all candidates are exclusive. 

A: No. All fees are paid by the employer.  We do ask that while working with Ingenium that you do not actively seek out additional search firms.
